Responsibilities
Oversees the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Workday employee data and HR transactions within the HR Solutions Center.
Develop and manage the Data Management team to ensure efficient processing of employee records and HR transactions.
Maintain and enforce team standard operating procedures.
Supervise and manage HCM workflow and monitor daily transaction volumes to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with requirements.
Partner with HR teams to resolve data or process issues.
Serve as the escalation point for team data and transaction questions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
Payroll, Accounting, Or Human Resources (3 Years).
No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
Skills: Workday HCM.
