Responsibilities
Provide administrative legal assistance to the Office of the Vice Chancellor and General Counsel (OGC)
Manage, administer, and report on extensive volume of legal contracts
Maintenance and oversight of contract management legal software
Review, summarize, and evaluate contracts, organize and maintain contract files
Perform initial review of contracts for subsequent review by paralegal or attorney
Provide high level administrative support to Assistant Vice Chancellor, Associate General Counsels, and paralegals
Organize and manage legal files; prepare legal documents, correspondence, and presentations to meet deadlines
Maintain calendars and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Associate degree or combination of education and experience
5 years of Corporate or Litigation Paralegal experience
Not Applicable Driver's License is not required
