About the role

  • Head of Growth Marketing driving demand generation and pipeline growth for Workday's Adaptive Planning. Leading strategy and execution of growth marketing programs across digital and lifecycle channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end growth marketing strategy for Adaptive Planning
  • Own planning, execution, and optimization of full-funnel growth programs
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing Ops on ICPs, segmentation, account prioritization, and pipeline targets
  • Drive experimentation and continuous optimization to improve conversion rates
  • Work with Marketing Operations to develop KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms
  • Lead lifecycle marketing strategy and execution

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Deep expertise in growth marketing and demand generation
  • Proven experience owning pipeline and revenue outcomes in enterprise or upper mid-market environment
  • Strong perspective on modern marketing technology platforms
  • Understanding of connecting digital, nurture, and in-market execution into a unified motion
  • Cross-channel expertise and experience driving omnichannel campaigns
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and performance optimization
