Responsibilities
- Design, implement and monitor HR policies and processes (recruitment & selection, individual development plans (PDP), employee climate, performance, culture)
- Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding of new talent
- Develop and oversee training programs, performance evaluations and individual development plans (PDP)
- Manage initiatives focused on employee climate, engagement and organizational culture
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership in team structuring, conflict management and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and good compliance practices
- Consolidate HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, absenteeism, headcount) and propose data-driven actions
- Lead the development of the HR function, promoting innovation, scalability and alignment with institutional objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
- Solid experience in strategic HR, preferably in high-growth companies or during organizational structuring
- Specialization in People Management, Leadership, Coaching or related areas is desirable
- Experience structuring HR processes: recruitment & selection, PDP, employee climate, performance evaluation, culture
- Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance
- Familiarity with performance management tools and structured feedback systems
- Ability to analyze HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, headcount, absenteeism)
- Experience with HR systems and people management platforms
- Certifications in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Copywriting or Social Media Metrics
- Experience with digital product launches or Érico Rocha's "Product Launch Formula"
- Previous experience creating engagement and conversion campaigns for B2B or accounting audiences
