Responsibilities
Work alongside our diverse Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team in our Munich office.
Optimize Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Acquisition processes and training concepts at the individual, team and organizational levels.
Organize and support training events for leaders, employees and external trainers.
Manage the L&D budget, including processing training requests and tracking expenses.
Maintain and update the internal performance and feedback tool to promote a strong feedback culture at DCS.
Assist in preparing and supporting regular personnel management conferences and high-impact business projects.
Design and edit engaging learning materials and videos to enhance training resources.
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for working students and interns.
Define sourcing strategies to attract candidates within the automotive and consulting-technology markets.
Advertise vacancies and raise awareness to increase application rates.
Take full ownership of pre-selection and HR interviews and support hiring managers in shortlisting and selecting the right candidates.
Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
