About the role

  • Intern in Talent Acquisition and Learning at Digital Charging Solutions. Supporting L&D and recruitment processes in a multicultural environment at Munich office.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside our diverse Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team in our Munich office.
  • Optimize Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Acquisition processes and training concepts at the individual, team and organizational levels.
  • Organize and support training events for leaders, employees and external trainers.
  • Manage the L&D budget, including processing training requests and tracking expenses.
  • Maintain and update the internal performance and feedback tool to promote a strong feedback culture at DCS.
  • Assist in preparing and supporting regular personnel management conferences and high-impact business projects.
  • Design and edit engaging learning materials and videos to enhance training resources.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for working students and interns.
  • Define sourcing strategies to attract candidates within the automotive and consulting-technology markets.
  • Advertise vacancies and raise awareness to increase application rates.
  • Take full ownership of pre-selection and HR interviews and support hiring managers in shortlisting and selecting the right candidates.
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.

Requirements

  • No prior professional experience required.
  • Learning & Development — Training Coordination: Organize and support training events for leaders, employees and external trainers.
  • L&D Budget Oversight: Manage the L&D budget, including processing training requests and tracking expenses.
  • Feedback Tool Management: Maintain and update the internal performance and feedback tool to foster a strong feedback culture at DCS.
  • Support for L&D Manager: Assist in preparing and supporting regular personnel management conferences and high-impact business projects.
  • Content Creation: Design and edit engaging learning materials and videos to enhance training resources.
  • Talent Acquisition — Recruitment Ownership: Own and operate the recruitment process for interns and working students.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Drive, steer and manage the full recruitment process for working students and interns.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Define sourcing approaches to attract candidates within the automotive and consulting-technology markets.
  • Employer Branding & Advertising: Advertise vacancies and raise awareness to increase application rates.
  • Candidate Selection: Take full ownership of pre-selection and HR interviews and support hiring managers in shortlisting and hiring the right candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Create an outstanding candidate experience across the entire recruitment journey.
