About the role

  • Sales Director responsible for HR solutions across Germany. Leading sales strategies, customer relationships, and team development within a family-owned company.

Responsibilities

  • As Sales Director (m/f/d) HR, you are responsible for the sales of our HR solutions across Germany.
  • You develop the sales strategy for HR processes, steer its implementation, and always keep growth, customer retention and market positioning in focus.
  • You establish clear structures and efficient processes, identify new opportunities, and leverage your sense for trends.
  • You lead your sales team with a clear vision, further develop roles and responsibilities, and promote individual strengths.
  • You build relationships with cross-industry customers — from mid-sized businesses to large enterprises.
  • You spot opportunities, analyze KPIs, and derive concrete actions.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience selling outsourcing solutions, ideally with a focus on HR software, payroll, or SAP solutions.
  • A strong strategic mindset combined with a genuine hands-on mentality.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills that motivate and engage on equal terms.
  • Analytical thinking and a good feel for numbers, processes, and customer needs.
  • Experience in partner management is an advantage but not required.
