About the role

  • Human Resources Analyst structuring and executing HR routines at Voyager Asset. Responsible for recruitment, performance management, and developing internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (job profiling, interviews, feedback, and onboarding).
  • Manage hiring, termination, and payroll procedures (with support from outsourced accounting).
  • Design and monitor goal-setting plans, deliverables, and individual performance.
  • Support the development of internal policies on meritocracy, bonuses, and a results-driven culture.
  • Implement behavioral assessment tools, feedback processes, and development plans.
  • Manage internal relations, promoting clear communication and team cohesion.
  • Ensure legal and documentation compliance in labor and contractual relations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment and selection (from profiling to hiring)
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring/termination procedures
  • Experience with job frameworks, goal-setting, and performance-based bonuses
