Responsibilities
- Coach and performance-manage a team of People Services Advisors
- Monitor case quality and response outcomes
- Ensure accurate and updated knowledge content for self-service and AI enablement
- Use service data to identify trends and escalate systemic issues
- Handle sensitive, complex, and escalated queries
- Diagnose and determine ownership of queries
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Proven years of experience in progressive HR and ER related roles and team leadership
- Strong understanding of global People Services and advisory models
- Ability to lead teams while balancing global consistency with local legal, cultural, and regulatory requirements
- Experience leading and coaching teams by setting clear standards
- Ability to optimize and deliver scalable People Services operating models using data and digital enablement
