Responsibilities
Coach and performance-manage a team of People Services Advisors
Monitor case quality and response outcomes
Ensure accurate and updated knowledge content for self-service and AI enablement
Use service data to identify trends and escalate systemic issues
Handle sensitive, complex, and escalated queries
Diagnose and determine ownership of queries
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Proven years of experience in progressive HR and ER related roles and team leadership
Strong understanding of global People Services and advisory models
Ability to lead teams while balancing global consistency with local legal, cultural, and regulatory requirements
Experience leading and coaching teams by setting clear standards
Ability to optimize and deliver scalable People Services operating models using data and digital enablement
