About the role

  • Leader of People Services overseeing Advisors to enhance employee experiences at Equinix. Collaborating with the People Services team to drive digital-first people functions globally.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and performance-manage a team of People Services Advisors
  • Monitor case quality and response outcomes
  • Ensure accurate and updated knowledge content for self-service and AI enablement
  • Use service data to identify trends and escalate systemic issues
  • Handle sensitive, complex, and escalated queries
  • Diagnose and determine ownership of queries

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Proven years of experience in progressive HR and ER related roles and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of global People Services and advisory models
  • Ability to lead teams while balancing global consistency with local legal, cultural, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience leading and coaching teams by setting clear standards
  • Ability to optimize and deliver scalable People Services operating models using data and digital enablement
