About the role

  • HR Administration Manager supporting a growing independent PME in Paris. Focused on training, recruitment, HR administration, and employer branding in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a hands-on HR Generalist: operational and proactive.
  • Manage the training plan (safety, refresher courses, and skills development).
  • Manage budgets, OPCO funding, enrollments, monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring related to training.
  • Advise managers and employees.
  • Monitor sensitive situations (retention, performance).
  • Draft and update job descriptions and profiles.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements.
  • Track applications and organize interviews.
  • Handle HR-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a generalist HR role (training / recruitment / administration).
  • Strong background in training and recruitment.
  • Ideally, experience in employer branding.
  • Experience managing training plans and budgets, and coordinating with OPCOs.
  • Recruitment experience.
  • Comfortable with digital tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • English level: minimum B2.
