Responsibilities
Review existing HR policies and support the development and rollout of new HR policies, including those related to payroll and time‑off.
Maintain and update People FAQs and internal knowledge base content to support chatbot implementation and employee self‑service.
Assist in the implementation and adoption of SuccessFactors and related HR digital tools.
Complete basic HR and reporting tasks, such as updating vacancy-related reports and other routine submissions.
Conduct Master Data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR systems.
Perform Payroll audits and support payroll accuracy and compliance initiatives.
Manage SAP transactions, including creating PRs/POs and processing Goods Receipts for internal services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in HR Operations, HR processes, and digital HR tools.
Ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn HR systems and auditing procedures.
Experience with or willingness to learn SAP, SuccessFactors, and other HR platforms.
Good understanding of administrative processes and documentation standards.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to collaborate in a multicultural, interdisciplinary team setting.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Great English skills, both written and spoken.
