About the role

Responsibilities

  • Focus on outbound calling
  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, e-mail and via digital channels
  • Structured and accurate processing of service cases
  • Needs identification, cross- & upselling, and active product and service advisory
  • Contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows
  • Implementation and use of new systems and AI-powered tools in customer service
  • Professional objection handling and courteous communication

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, call center or bank sales
  • Basic knowledge of banking products (accounts, cards, payments, online banking)
  • Confident use of CRM and banking systems
  • Digital affinity and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
