About the role

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team for data analytics at Azul Airlines. Focus on transforming data into strategic insights to enhance customer experience and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team in Data, Business Intelligence and Analytics.
  • Plan and execute data analysis projects focused on personalization.
  • Lead the exploration of new technologies in the context of data analysis.
  • Build and maintain data products, ensuring quality and usability.
  • Define and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Analytical Data Engineering.
  • Experience leading teams or data projects.
  • Proficiency in languages and tools for data analysis (Python, R, SQL).
  • Practical knowledge of Data Modeling and Data Architecture.
  • Strong strategic profile with experience defining strategic KPIs/OKRs.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
