Responsibilities
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team in Data, Business Intelligence and Analytics.
Plan and execute data analysis projects focused on personalization.
Lead the exploration of new technologies in the context of data analysis.
Build and maintain data products, ensuring quality and usability.
Define and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Analytical Data Engineering.
Experience leading teams or data projects.
Proficiency in languages and tools for data analysis (Python, R, SQL).
Practical knowledge of Data Modeling and Data Architecture.
Strong strategic profile with experience defining strategic KPIs/OKRs.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
