About the role

  • HR Analyst at RNP enhancing performance evaluation and quality of life programs. Supporting development, health, and performance culture initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and monitor performance evaluation cycles
  • Operate and implement evaluation methodologies based on goals, competencies and potential
  • Apply and analyze the Performance Matrix (performance x potential), supporting diagnostics and decision-making
  • Support managers in interpreting results and defining development actions
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of performance data in HR systems
  • Build and maintain the Succession Pipeline, identifying talent and readiness levels
  • Support career processes and internal mobility based on technical criteria, performance and equity
  • Analyze the impact of role changes on compensation and organizational structure
  • Support the design and monitoring of individual and group development plans
  • Contribute to talent retention and development practices
  • Track, analyze and consolidate HR metrics related to performance, succession and career
  • Prepare reports and management presentations to support decision-making
  • Operate and continuously improve performance evaluation systems
  • Use and support the management of information in integrated HR systems, such as Protheus (TOTVS)
  • Contribute to the advancement of People Analytics practices
  • Support the design, implementation and monitoring of Quality of Life and Mental Health programs
  • Contribute to actions related to the management of psychosocial risks, in compliance with NR-01
  • Support campaigns, educational actions and awareness initiatives
  • Work in partnership with internal areas, the Occupational Safety and Health team (SESMT) and specialized vendors, when applicable
  • Monitor well-being indicators and support continuous improvement proposals
  • Support the review and update of HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Ensure alignment with institutional, legal and compliance guidelines
  • Interface with leaders and internal areas, promoting clear communication and technical guidance
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Support engagement actions and the strengthening of organizational culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Experience in performance evaluation, goal setting, competencies and potential assessment
  • Knowledge and application of Performance Matrix methodologies
  • Experience with Succession Pipeline, career planning and readiness analysis
  • Experience with internal mobility processes
  • Experience in structuring Quality of Life programs with a focus on mental health
  • Knowledge of NR-01 guidelines, especially regarding psychosocial risks
  • Experience with performance evaluation systems, HR metrics management and data analysis
  • Knowledge of job and compensation structures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred: Experience with integrated HR management systems, especially Protheus (TOTVS)
  • Preferred: Experience with data analysis: People Analytics and building management dashboards
  • Preferred: Experience with assessment tools and development methodologies
  • Preferred: Experience in performance culture, engagement and organizational development projects
  • Preferred: Experience in the context of science, technology or innovation institutions
