Responsibilities
Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Smartphones and Electronics, ensuring efficient replenishment and availability across our stores.
Continuously monitor sales through comparative analyses and KPIs, identifying deviations and opportunities for growth.
Monitor and analyze critical metrics such as inventory turnover, DOI (Days of Inventory), replenishment and business profitability.
Lead the go-to-market for new products and launches, coordinating with Logistics, Product, Trade Marketing and Training teams.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards for real-time tracking of the region's key indicators.
Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: advanced Excel and executive-level PowerPoint for results presentations and training.
Analytical ability: skill in turning raw sales and inventory data into strategic insights and action plans.
Communicative profile to interface with multiple departments and lead meetings.
**Differentials:**
Experience creating and managing Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring.
Strong ability to build reports and executive presentations.
Experience in Retail, Commercial Planning or Market Intelligence.
