About the role

  • Sales Manager at 360 PRODUCTS managing B2B client acquisition through cold outreach and sales strategy development. Driving growth through effective lead generation and sales process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Active new client acquisition in the B2B sector via phone, email and in-person outreach (trade shows, networking events, etc.)
  • Identification, qualification and systematic development of new leads
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies for our services in performance marketing, shop and website development, as well as user experience and conversion rate optimization
  • Preparation and conduct of initial meetings, needs analyses and sales appointments
  • Creation of customized proposals based on client requirements
  • Building, maintaining and further developing a structured sales pipeline
  • Documentation and tracking of all sales-related activities in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Continuous optimization of outreach, processes and closing rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in acquiring new clients through cold outreach in a B2B environment
  • Experience selling agency, marketing or digital services
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies for complex, consultative services
  • Good knowledge in several of the following areas: performance marketing, marketing strategy, shop and website development, user experience, conversion rate optimization
  • Experience in preparing proposals and in active closing
  • Confident manner on the phone and in video calls
  • Structured, self-driven and target-oriented working style
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
