Responsibilities
Create new sales opportunities in Salesforce
Create additional opportunities based on product selection
Respond to requests that cannot be processed
Update customer and deal information for existing opportunities
Validate utility account information based on reference documents
Understand utility switching rules to ensure start dates can be met
Review exception queue to make corrections to opportunities
Requirements
Previous experience with Data Entry
MS Office, Outlook, Internet
Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong time management skills
Diligent attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Previous experience using a CRM system i.e. Salesforce a plus
Knowledge of the Energy or Electricity Industry a plus
