Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns involving email, social media, search engine marketing, and in-app messaging.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns using Google Analytics.
Support the maintenance and optimization of the company website, social media pages, and Google Business listings.
Conduct market research to identify industry/consumer trends and new opportunities.
Identify pain points in customer journeys then recommend strategies to solve them.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or other related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Experience with Google Analytics (an understanding of GA4 is a plus!).
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Familiarity with search engine marketing through Google Ads and social media marketing through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, as well as multitask when necessary.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
