Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for management and employees
  • Foster a healthy work environment and drive engagement
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives
  • Serve as subject matter expert on HR activities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (HR Business Partner)
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Good understanding of the local market and its resources
  • Comprehensive expertise across the employee lifecycle
  • Advanced English skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to operate with sound judgment in ambiguous environments
  • Strong business orientation
