About the role

  • HR GPS Advisor managing effective HR operations across APAC regions for RELX. Ensuring compliance and supporting HR-related projects in India and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures delivery of effective day-to-day services for employees and managers in India.
  • Oversees the daily HR operations, including Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, policy interpretation, myHR (Workday), etc. across India.
  • Maintain and update employee records and data in the HR information systems (Workday) and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on the use of self-service tools and technology for HR transactions and information.
  • Collaborate with HRBP, HR COEs and other key stakeholders to implement and improve service center processes, systems, and standards.
  • Supports education of local employees to increase adoption of HR technology such as myHR.
  • Participate in engagement activities with other regional shared services team members.
  • Collaborates with internal audit team and external auditors to complete audits on HR operations.
  • Supports HR-related projects in India.

Requirements

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in human resource service centre, operations, or related role.
  • Familiar with local labour law, employment regulations and tax policies of India
  • Experience with HR technologies and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve problems and provide solutions based on proven practices or procedures
  • Languages: Fluent in English
