About the role

  • HR Generalist managing employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration at Sacred Path Indigenous Wellness Center. Supporting HR functions in a hybrid work environment across various states.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level.
  • Work closely with senior management in supporting the organization.
  • Carry out responsibilities in employee relations, benefits management, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
  • Help recruit employees, screen job candidates, assist with new hire orientation, create job descriptions, schedule interviews, and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain employment records, employee data, contracts and databases.
  • Answer employee questions and help them understand company policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
