About the role

  • Account Manager managing national strategic accounts in CHR and healthcare markets for Miele Professional. Combining strategic vision with operational excellence to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of Key Accounts Professional, you will manage and develop a portfolio of national strategic accounts (distributors, hotels, laundries, care homes, …).
  • Acting as a true conductor, you combine strategic vision and operational excellence to generate growth, profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive acceleration of revenue and margin development.
  • Support relationships with the International Key Accounts department based at our parent company’s headquarters in Germany.
  • Prospect (50%) through an active approach, both direct and at trade shows, targeting major account chains, with which you will negotiate and sign framework agreements.
  • Respond to tenders, set up commercial and communication campaigns, and produce dedicated sales materials (price lists, training manuals, presentations).

Requirements

  • University degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5, Master’s degree minimum), ideally in business, marketing or management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a national B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of the HoReCa market, healthcare establishments or purchasing groups is desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex projects.
  • Ability to communicate with buyers and sales directors as well as technical personnel.
  • Strong numerical skills (P&L analysis) and results-oriented.
  • Open-minded, commercial instinct and “out of the box” thinking.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Based in the Paris region.
