Account Manager managing national strategic accounts in CHR and healthcare markets for Miele Professional. Combining strategic vision with operational excellence to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Key Accounts Professional, you will manage and develop a portfolio of national strategic accounts (distributors, hotels, laundries, care homes, …).
Acting as a true conductor, you combine strategic vision and operational excellence to generate growth, profitability and long-term partnerships.
Drive acceleration of revenue and margin development.
Support relationships with the International Key Accounts department based at our parent company’s headquarters in Germany.
Prospect (50%) through an active approach, both direct and at trade shows, targeting major account chains, with which you will negotiate and sign framework agreements.
Respond to tenders, set up commercial and communication campaigns, and produce dedicated sales materials (price lists, training manuals, presentations).
Requirements
University degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5, Master’s degree minimum), ideally in business, marketing or management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a national B2B environment.
Knowledge of the HoReCa market, healthcare establishments or purchasing groups is desirable.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex projects.
Ability to communicate with buyers and sales directors as well as technical personnel.
Strong numerical skills (P&L analysis) and results-oriented.
Open-minded, commercial instinct and “out of the box” thinking.
Professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Based in the Paris region.
