About the role

Requirements
- Kandidaat beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde HBO+/Academische opleiding Personeel & Arbeid/HRM.
- Kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare senior ervaring met HR-processen en HR-beleid in een onderwijsinstelling.
- Kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in de HR discipline.
- Kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 6 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Hoofd HR binnen een mbo-onderwijsinstelling.
