Responsibilities
Leidinggeven aan het HR-team met als doel continuïteit in aansturing.
Begeleiden van de directeur bedrijfsvoering bij het opstellen van een profiel voor, en werving en selectie van, permanente invulling van de positie hoofd HR.
Oplevering van overdrachtsdocumentatie ten behoeve van de vaste opvolger.
Zorgen voor samenhang, duidelijkheid en werkbare structuren binnen de dienst HR.
Requirements
Kandidaat beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde HBO+/Academische opleiding Personeel & Arbeid/HRM.
Kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare senior ervaring met HR-processen en HR-beleid in een onderwijsinstelling.
Kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in de HR discipline.
Kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 6 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Hoofd HR binnen een mbo-onderwijsinstelling.
