  • HR Manager overseeing operations for Indiana fulfillment center and Augusta contact center. Driving HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with core values for company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with site leadership to maintain employee engagement and build company culture
  • In line with business needs, define and implement initiatives to improve long term business performance
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Team and oversee all recruiting efforts
  • Talent Management: Leading Onboarding, training & development, succession planning
  • Lead and manage HR team while ensuring people priorities are implemented and followed
  • Assist in creating peak headcount plans
  • Ensure employee compliance by auditing payroll records
  • Conduct employee investigations as needed and ensure consistent application of policy

Requirements

  • 5 years of increased responsibility in the Human Resources field
  • Bachelor’s required in related field
  • 3 plus years leading and managing HR team
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
  • Excellent leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills
  • Experienced at working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial culture
  • A confident influencer who reads when and how to gain commitment of others.
