About the role

  • Referent Personalentwicklung supporting employee development and training programs at VINCI Energies. Key responsibilities include needs assessment and facilitation of development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Advise employees and managers on all matters related to personnel development and networking
  • Design, plan and support needs-based, tailored personnel development measures for managers and employees across our group
  • Plan, conduct and evaluate development centers, assessment centers and personality tests
  • Maintain the ACADEMY IT tools and support their further development
  • Analyze and communicate statistics
  • Travel within Germany (up to 30%)

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business psychology, occupational and organizational psychology, business education or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in HR or personnel development as well as in personality diagnostics
  • Solid knowledge of methodology and didactics for face-to-face and digital learning
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • Team-oriented and empathetic
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills, as well as user-level knowledge of common MS Office applications
