Responsibilities
Advise employees and managers on all matters related to personnel development and networking
Design, plan and support needs-based, tailored personnel development measures for managers and employees across our group
Plan, conduct and evaluate development centers, assessment centers and personality tests
Maintain the ACADEMY IT tools and support their further development
Analyze and communicate statistics
Travel within Germany (up to 30%)
Requirements
Completed degree in business psychology, occupational and organizational psychology, business education or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in HR or personnel development as well as in personality diagnostics
Solid knowledge of methodology and didactics for face-to-face and digital learning
Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Team-oriented and empathetic
Business-fluent German and good English skills, as well as user-level knowledge of common MS Office applications
