Responsibilities
Lead daily people operations within the plant, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Work closely with operational leadership to understand workforce needs and support business objectives.
Manage employee relations, providing guidance, conflict resolution, and support to employees and managers.
Implement people programs and initiatives that promote engagement, retention, and workforce development.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration for all on-site employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage recruitment efforts for approved roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Coordinate site-level events and activities that support employee engagement, well-being, and company culture.
Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal HR standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, People Generalist, or similar role in Brazil.
Strong understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable working with HRIS and other computer systems; strong digital literacy. (Oracle)
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (Brazil) and English, both written and verbal.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
