- Work closely with operational leadership to understand workforce needs and support business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance, conflict resolution, and support to employees and managers.
- Implement people programs and initiatives that promote engagement, retention, and workforce development.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration for all on-site employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage recruitment efforts for approved roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Coordinate site-level events and activities that support employee engagement, well-being, and company culture.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal HR standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, People Generalist, or similar role in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with HRIS and other computer systems; strong digital literacy. (Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (Brazil) and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
