Responsibilities
Own and support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes globally, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and employee documentation
Act as a trusted first point of contact for employee queries related to People processes, policies, benefits, and systems
Support recurring People processes such as probation reviews, performance cycles, engagement surveys and other People initiatives
Contribute to the management of the London office, ensuring it is well organised, welcoming, and aligned with Fonoa’s ways of working
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
Requirements
You have proven experience in a People Operations function or as HR Generalist, or similar role, operating at an experienced specialist level
You have a strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle in a global, distributed environment
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
You understand the importance of treating confidential information with care and in compliance with applicable legislation
You bring a proactive, pragmatic approach to People Operations, and you seek ways of improving processes while processing a high volume of transactions.
