About the role
- People Operations Specialist helping manage employee lifecycle processes at Fonoa. Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes globally, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and employee documentation
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for employee queries related to People processes, policies, benefits, and systems
- Support recurring People processes such as probation reviews, performance cycles, engagement surveys and other People initiatives
- Contribute to the management of the London office, ensuring it is well organised, welcoming, and aligned with Fonoa’s ways of working
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
Requirements
- You have proven experience in a People Operations function or as HR Generalist, or similar role, operating at an experienced specialist level
- You have a strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle in a global, distributed environment
- You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- You understand the importance of treating confidential information with care and in compliance with applicable legislation
- You bring a proactive, pragmatic approach to People Operations, and you seek ways of improving processes while processing a high volume of transactions.
