About the role

  • HR Specialist managing personnel processes, supporting employees, and collaborating with the works council in a dynamic HR team. Engaging in staff development and personalized solutions while promoting teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Operational HR tasks: Take responsibility for managing onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, contract amendments and reference letters, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
  • Employee support: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters and support them with your expertise and experience.
  • Collaboration with the works council: Work closely with the works council, conduct consultation procedures and actively contribute to the development of new company agreements.
  • Personnel development and planning: Support personnel development and workforce planning by contributing innovative ideas and developing tailored solutions for the advancement of our employees.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in operational HR
  • Good knowledge of employment and works council law
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
