Responsibilities
Operational HR tasks: Take responsibility for managing onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, contract amendments and reference letters, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
Employee support: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters and support them with your expertise and experience.
Collaboration with the works council: Work closely with the works council, conduct consultation procedures and actively contribute to the development of new company agreements.
Personnel development and planning: Support personnel development and workforce planning by contributing innovative ideas and developing tailored solutions for the advancement of our employees.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in operational HR
Good knowledge of employment and works council law
Confident user of MS Office and SAP
Strong communication and organizational skills
