About the role

  • Senior Manager in Talent Development & Organisation Development at EY. Responsible for designing and driving talent initiatives across the consulting workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Design and drive SL-wide talent initiatives including governance for Firm wide talent priorities.
  • Enable the talent strategy including employee engagement, diversity & inclusion activities, organisational effectiveness, and managing change management.
  • Lead the development of frameworks and interventions that strengthen career agility, internal mobility, and role clarity across the service line.
  • Own and drive end-to-end design, governance, and execution strategic talent programs around employee management and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Learning, Talent Analytics, Technology, and Communications teams.

Requirements

  • Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 14+ years of experience in Talent Development, Organisation Development, or related HR COE roles within large multinational organisations.
