Responsibilities
Provide hands-on HR support and strategic partnership to leaders across Togetherwork
Act as a thought partner on talent, performance, and workforce decisions
Translate people programs, policies, and initiatives into clear, practical guidance for leaders and teams
Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, workplace issues, and HR policies
Support performance management, feedback, coaching, and development conversations
Enable managers to make people decisions with confidence, fairness, and consistency
Bring empathy, sound judgment, and a steady, human presence to sensitive or complex situations
Use people data, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend actions
Support adoption and effective use of AI-enabled HR processes across performance, learning, hiring, and workforce insights
Contribute to HR initiatives including onboarding, talent development, engagement, and culture programs
Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws and internal standards
Requirements
Strong foundation across core HR areas including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution
A learning-oriented mindset that values listening, curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement
Comfort using people data, AI tools, and new approaches to improve HR practices
