About the role

  • Senior HR Partner supporting organizational growth and employee relations within a dynamic team while maintaining a family-oriented culture. Engaging in HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support employees and managers on HR-related and employment law matters
  • Draft employment contracts, contract amendments and employment references
  • Drive the development of proactive HR processes
  • Work closely with team and unit leads as well as other HR functions
  • Support the planning and implementation of training and development initiatives
  • Opportunity to drive your own projects within the HR department

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an HR Advisor or comparable qualifications
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Confident presence and fluent German language skills
