About the role

  • HR Generalist supporting employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit in a healthcare firm. Focusing on HR projects and process optimization in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive support and advisory services for employees and managers across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Design and management of a professional recruiting process
  • Support in implementing personnel measures
  • Preparation of analyses, statistics and reports
  • Execution of administrative HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant HR experience
  • Previous experience in HR is an advantage
  • Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
