Advise division heads and business unit managers on all HR-related matters
Workforce planning, recruitment and employee support through to forward-looking personnel development
Advise and support managers on employment law matters
Process and coordinate HR cases from onboarding to offboarding
Constructive cooperation with the works council
Close collaboration with HR management, other HR Business Partners and HR administrators
Participation in HR projects
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification in HR, ideally as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or a degree with a focus on human resources
Several years of professional experience in generalist (A–Z) HR support
Strong service-oriented mentality
Professional affinity for social media
Negotiation skills and results orientation
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and HR-specific software systems
Very good German and good English skills
