About the role

  • HR-Business Partner role advising on personnel matters and management support at G+H ISOLIERUNG GmbH in Frankfurt. Involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders and project participation.

Responsibilities

  • Advise division heads and business unit managers on all HR-related matters
  • Workforce planning, recruitment and employee support through to forward-looking personnel development
  • Advise and support managers on employment law matters
  • Process and coordinate HR cases from onboarding to offboarding
  • Constructive cooperation with the works council
  • Close collaboration with HR management, other HR Business Partners and HR administrators
  • Participation in HR projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification in HR, ideally as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or a degree with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of professional experience in generalist (A–Z) HR support
  • Strong service-oriented mentality
  • Professional affinity for social media
  • Negotiation skills and results orientation
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and HR-specific software systems
  • Very good German and good English skills
