- Several years of professional experience in generalist (A–Z) HR support
- Strong service-oriented mentality
- Professional affinity for social media
- Negotiation skills and results orientation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and HR-specific software systems
- Very good German and good English skills
