Responsibilities

  • Own and drive our payroll and benefits administration with operational proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
  • Craft, refine, and enforce HR policies and practices that break from tradition, aligning with our innovative spirit and strict compliance standards.
  • Manage offer letters, new hire orientations, and the onboarding of new team members to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Keep our back office administration and HR files organized, auditing regularly to ensure accuracy
  • Offer HR-related advice and solutions to provide our team with expert guidance and support
  • Cultivate an environment where excellence, diversity, and inclusion aren't just ideals but lived experiences, deeply integrated into our operations and ethos.
  • This is a hybrid role at our headquarters office in Okemos MI.

Requirements

  • Background in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Experience with an ATS such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar
  • Track records for delivering required outcomes in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Effective communication, with the ability to handle complex HR issues thoughtfully and professionally.
  • A proven track record of strategic thinking in HR functions.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
