Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive HR support to the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Managing employee relations
  • Facilitating recruitment and onboarding
  • Administering benefits
  • Supporting various HR initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Handling employee relations matters and providing guidance to managers
  • Conducting internal investigations related to employee misconduct, harassment, or discrimination.
  • Generating HR reports and metrics to support business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Management
  • 1-3 years of relevant HR experience (required)
  • Manufacturing industry or warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management system
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
