Responsibilities
Provide daily executive support to the HR Director of Total Quality to align, connect, and coordinate business and functional activities
Create and drive an integrated concept of operations (ConOps) to integrate BCA, Total Quality, and HR operating rhythms delivering a cohesive People strategy
Coordinate with peer BCA Strategy & Integration teammates to ensure alignment, share best practices and advocate for the needs of Total Quality
Serve as the primary integrator for Total Quality talent management activities including executive selection and movement ensuring coordination with BCA, Airplane Programs, Manufacturing function and other stakeholders
Requirements
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
1+ years of experience with data analysis and the ability to present complex data clearly
Human Resources certification preferred
5+ years of relevant experience preferred
