- Reporting to the Warehouse HR Manager, you will handle the full range of human resources activities.
- Processing variable payroll elements: verifying timekeeping records, entering absences, and validating payroll data.
- Personnel administration: drafting employment contracts and letters, monitoring medical visits, managing driving authorizations, and updating employee files.
- Training organization: registrations, coordination, and OPCO documentation.
- Internal communication: mandatory workplace postings and support for internal communication initiatives.
- More generally, you will be the local point of contact for employees on all matters related to their employment contract and working life (including medical and social support).
Requirements
- Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary diploma) in HR management with 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, industry, or temporary staffing.
- Meticulous, versatile and discreet, with strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data (Google Workspace / Google Sheets).
