Personnel administration: drafting employment contracts and letters, monitoring medical visits, managing driving authorizations, and updating employee files.
Training organization: registrations, coordination, and OPCO documentation.
Internal communication: mandatory workplace postings and support for internal communication initiatives.
More generally, you will be the local point of contact for employees on all matters related to their employment contract and working life (including medical and social support).
Requirements
Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary diploma) in HR management with 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, industry, or temporary staffing.
Meticulous, versatile and discreet, with strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data (Google Workspace / Google Sheets).
