Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture strategic partnerships with operational managers
  • Ensure the success of departmental people related plans
  • Execute people-centric programs in line with corporate culture initiatives
  • Assess the impact of People & Culture programs and initiatives

Requirements

  • Post-secondary credentials in a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge and experience with full HR spectrum and best practices
  • Experience supporting diverse workforce
  • Ability to collect, analyze and diagnose HR data
