About the role

  • National Account Executive Healthcare at UPS developing and maintaining customer relationships. Driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities and translating services into clear value.

Responsibilities

  • As the primary point of contact for your customers, you’ll guide them through the full range of UPS Healthcare solutions—from Small Package and Freight Forwarding to Warehousing, Distribution, and Cold Chain services.
  • You’ll drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing customer‑focused strategies, and translating our services and technologies into clear value.
  • Working closely with Operations and Customer Solutions, you’ll tailor solutions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • You’ll stay informed about customer plans, product pipelines, and financials to strengthen relationships and address stakeholder needs.
  • You will also manage target accounts, monitor revenue commitments, and join customer meetings to present UPS Healthcare capabilities.
  • Through regular business reviews, strong presentations, and KPI analysis, you’ll uncover new sales opportunities and identify areas for service improvement—supporting UPS Healthcare’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Ambition and drive to win with a hunter sales mentality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential - Logistics / Supply Chain, Healthcare or Business Economics preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ complex selling and logistics experience ideally within pharma, medtech or lab industry.
  • Strong verbal and written Dutch, English and German Language Skills.
  • Flexible to travel within Europe.
  • Collaborating with other regions and time zones means you’ll be flexible with working hours.
  • The ability to translate solutions and services into capabilities that meet customer needs.
  • Negotiation, presentation and networking skills.
