Responsibilities
Provide versatile support encompassing customer service, KYC, and operational tasks
Troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end, ensuring customers are supported until full resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex cases and ensuring prompt resolution.
Use internal tools to streamline documentation and reporting processes.
Offer insights to improve workflows, customer experience, and product development.
Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all channels
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and/or sales support, ideally within tech or fast-paced industries.
Experience working with KYC or due diligence processes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills adaptable across various operational areas.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is advantageous.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
Able to work US hours (2 PM – 10 PM, Monday to Friday)
SQL or data-handling skills are a plus
