About the role

  • Provide versatile support encompassing customer service, KYC, and operational tasks
  • Troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end, ensuring customers are supported until full resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex cases and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Use internal tools to streamline documentation and reporting processes.
  • Offer insights to improve workflows, customer experience, and product development.
  • Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all channels

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and/or sales support, ideally within tech or fast-paced industries.
  • Experience working with KYC or due diligence processes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills adaptable across various operational areas.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Able to work US hours (2 PM – 10 PM, Monday to Friday)
  • SQL or data-handling skills are a plus
