About the role

  • Regional Key Account Manager driving growth for Tony's Chocolonely in Germany across EDEKA's seven regions. Building relationships and creating customer plans for successful engagement and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own, grow and future-proof EDEKA regional business across seven regions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers
  • Deliver on KPIs and manage large revenue from OOH + reseller customers
  • Create insight-driven customer plans and turn them into negotiations
  • Build Tony’s visibility wherever chocolate is sold
  • Track performance and monitor sell-out

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Regional KAM or 5+ years of Field Sales experience in FMCG
  • Natural relationship builder
  • Analytical and commercially sharp
  • Fluent in German + English
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience leading smaller customer negotiations
  • Proficient in sales tools and data analytics (Nielsen/GfK), Excel, PowerPoint
