Territory Manager for Ostomy Care supporting healthcare professionals in Austria. Focused on relationship-building, training, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
Sales of our innovative Ostomy Care product portfolio to healthcare professionals (clinics, rehabilitation centers) and to specialist retailers
Providing individualized, expert advice to customers on products and therapies—face-to-face on site, digitally via MS Teams, or by phone
Identifying, acquiring and managing key accounts and opinion leaders with a focus on long-term partnerships
Planning and delivering trainings, events and congress sessions
Executing marketing initiatives and representing the company at meetings, congresses and symposia
Conducting market and competitor analyses and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies
Reliable documentation in the CRM and close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, and colleagues in inside and field sales
Achieving sales and growth targets and sustainably developing your territory
Requirements
Vocational training or a degree in a healthcare field preferred, but substantial and demonstrably successful sales experience in medical technology is also welcome
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers and to be perceived as a partner for collaborative solutions
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
Confident use of MS Office and digital tools; experience with virtual customer meetings and CRM systems
High self-motivation, confident appearance, analytical thinking and customer-focused approach
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
