Responsibilities

  • Handling calls from agents requesting policy changes
  • Routing calls throughout the organization
  • Entering new first report of claims
  • Providing clear, friendly, and jargon-free support
  • Processing tasks in work queue to meet service level goals
  • Assisting with other projects as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
