Responsibilities

Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR experience with proven success as a senior HRBP or similar strategic HR leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior executives with courage and credibility.
Experience leading large-scale organizational change and building future-focused talent strategies.
Deep expertise in OD, workforce planning, and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.
Strong understanding of business drivers and ability to align talent strategies with operational goals.
Skilled at balancing local business needs with enterprise priorities; sees the big picture and acts accordingly.
Exceptional communicator with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Adept at using data to diagnose challenges, uncover insights, and drive strategic action.
Bachelor's degree preferred, advanced degree a plus.
