Responsibilities
Realizar alto volume de ligações diárias e contatos via WhatsApp, e-mail e LinkedIn para qualificação de leads.
Identificar e entender as necessidades dos clientes em potencial.
Apresentar soluções de forma objetiva e consultiva.
Elaborar propostas comerciais e realizar follow-ups constantes.
Registrar e organizar todas as interações no CRM.
Colaborar com a equipe de vendas para garantir uma transição eficiente do cliente.
Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e participar de reuniões estratégicas.
Requirements
Ensino médio completo;
Desejável: Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Publicidade, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;
Comunicação verbal e escrita eficiente.
Experiência ou habilidade com prospecção B2B (telefone, e-mail e redes sociais) e conhecimento em Inbound e Outbound Marketing/Sales;
Perfil analítico, organizado e proativo, com atenção a detalhes;
Capacidade de trabalhar com metas, pressão e desafios, mantendo foco e resiliência;
Boa comunicação, argumentação e trabalho em equipe;
Conhecimento em CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) será um diferencial.
