About the role

  • HR Specialist managing HR operations including onboarding and compliance. Supporting dynamic international gaming environment with a focus on non-corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end HR services, including preparation of employment contracts, amendments, certifications, and other employment- and compensation-related documents.
  • Maintain and manage employee 201 files and HR records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Encode and update employee information in HR and payroll systems.
  • Monitor and track working time, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure validity and compliance of pre-employment and ongoing requirements such as medical examinations and mandatory trainings (e.g., health and safety).
  • Coordinate closely with the Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Support HR compliance requirements and internal audits as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR operations or HR generalist role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Experience handling different employment arrangements (regular, project-based, probationary, fixed-term, etc).
  • Relevant experience in an international environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
