About the role

  • HR manager responsible for establishing productive HR processes and effective onboarding for IT professionals in hybrid format across Kyiv and Dnipro.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain infrastructure that supports productivity and efficient HR processes
  • Facilitate the implementation of tools and practices that enhance team effectiveness
  • Serve as a champion of company values and approaches
  • Ensure effective onboarding and adaptation, guiding new employees and their managers through the probation period
  • Provide structured role introduction with clear checkpoints and success metrics
  • Monitor adaptation progress and remove barriers to rapid performance
  • Support managers in developing leadership skills, conducting effective 1-2-1s, and giving constructive feedback
  • Act as a liaison between managers and HRD, collecting needs and proposing solutions
  • Assist in creating Personal Development Plans (PDPs) with managers
  • Conduct individual 1-2-1 meetings with employees as needed to clarify expectations, resolve issues, and maintain motivation
  • Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with business needs and employee growth
  • Coordinate training initiatives, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor employee engagement and retention through 1-2-1s, pulse surveys, and ENPS, and proactively retain high performers
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to improve the work environment
  • Ensure transparent and timely internal communications, keeping employees informed about company updates, projects, and process changes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role with relevant responsibilities (experience in IT or other industries is considered)
  • Experience managing teams of 40–50+ people
  • Passion for building processes from scratch
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Understanding of employee needs and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills – able to connect with everyone from couriers to the CEO
  • Proactive mindset – not just executing tasks when asked, but finding ways to improve processes and proposing solutions
  • Commitment to creating a supportive and positive work environment
  • Preferred / Advantageous:
  • Experience using AI tools to automate and optimize processes
  • Experience in process automation
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR processes from scratch
  • Knowledge of labor and HR legislation (we are Diia City residents; you are not required to manage HR records, but basic knowledge is a plus)
  • English proficiency B2–C1
