About the role

  • SDR role responsible for organizing leads and prospecting for MailerWeb's email and marketing solutions. Engage with potential clients and maintain CRM systems while achieving performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Build and organize lead lists for active (outbound) prospecting;
  • Prospect companies interested in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SMS and RCS solutions;
  • Qualify leads according to MailerWeb's ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
  • Execute multichannel cadence flows (email, phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn);
  • Make first contact with leads in a consultative manner;
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team;
  • Update and maintain the CRM;
  • Monitor metrics and performance indicators;
  • Support continuous improvement of sales strategies;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years in sales or business development.
  • At least 1 year working as an SDR in B2B consultative sales.
  • Interest in technology and digital marketing.
  • Experience in SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Pipedrive.
  • Prior interaction with performance marketing agencies or products related to paid media, email marketing or messaging platforms.
  • Experience in the technology or digital marketing sector.
  • Familiarity with the Meetime prospecting tool.
  • Experience with sales-funnel metrics and cadence flows.
