Requirements
2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance- oder Growth-Marketing (idealerweise im Bereich Abos, E-Commerce oder SaaS).
Hands-on-Mentalität: Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern packst selbst an und setzt Kampagnen direkt in den Tools auf.
Zahlenaffinität: Du liebst Daten und sie sind für dich der Schlüssel für stetige Verbesserung unserer Kampagnen.
Bereitschaft, dich in KI-Workflows oder komplexes Tracking-Setup einzuarbeiten.
Sicheres Kommunizieren auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
