  • SVP of Growth leading revenue growth across media, data, and technology for Amplifi Solutions. Drive strategy, partnerships, and inspire teams to deliver business impact for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive gross revenue growth across both new and existing Carat client relationships
  • Clearly communicate the business value of Amplifi Solutions to client teams and leadership
  • Define and lead sales development strategies
  • Build trust with client stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of growth and success professionals
  • Create audience and media solutions aligned to client goals

Requirements

  • 12+ years in media or advertising
  • Experience navigating agency structures
  • Deep understanding of media strategy, planning, buying, and measurement
  • Expertise in audience targeting, data-driven marketing, and activation platforms (e.g., DSPs, ad servers)
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, client-friendly solutions
  • Experience presenting to C-Suite leaders
