Responsibilities
Lead the Financial Adviser community of Eight.
Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new advisers.
Develop and support advisers’ capabilities and performance.
Retain talent through engagement, feedback, and support.
Align adviser support with wider business growth objectives.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to foster adviser growth and development.
Manage budgets responsibly with the Head of Business Growth.
Requirements
Strong analytical and decision-making skills underpinned by informed sound judgement.
Able to build excellent rapport and relationship building skills that enable impact and influence both Eight and wider SJP.
Sound knowledge of Financial Advisory skills.
Ability to organise time and workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Have an in depth understanding and appreciation for good client outcomes and have service orientated approach.
Ability to identify skills and knowledge shortfalls, provide constructive feedback and through strong coaching/development/mentoring skills support individuals in the relevant areas of the business to enable the Adviser to become established.
Strong IT skills, across the MS Office suite, sufficient enough to produce reports, to communicate and present data/outcomes/information.
